At Clazzey, we are committed to delivering precision-engineered streetwear that meets the highest global standards. To maintain the exclusivity of our drops and ensure a seamless experience for our community, we operate under a structured exchange framework. By purchasing from Clazzey.com (India), you agree to the following terms:

1. The Exchange Window

We offer a 3-day exchange period starting from the date of delivery. We understand that fit is paramount in streetwear; therefore, if your garment does not meet your expectations in terms of sizing or silhouette, you must initiate an exchange request within 72 hours of receiving the package. Requests made after this window will not be eligible for processing.

2. The Exchange Process

Efficiency is part of our DNA. To swap your item, simply navigate to the "Exchange My Order" portal on our website. The interface is designed to facilitate a 3-step resolution. Please ensure the garment is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all high-density tags and "Clazzey" specialized packaging intact.

3. Logistics & Processing Fees

To maintain our competitive pricing and sustainable logistics, a standard exchange fee of 100 INR applies to all requests. Please note that if any promotional discounts were utilized on the original order, the value of that discount is non-transferable and will be adjusted during the exchange.

4. Store Credits & Balance Resolution

In the event that you exchange an item for a product of lower value, we do not provide cash refunds. Instead, the balance amount will be issued as Store Credits to your Clazzey account. These credits remain valid for future acquisitions and allow you to explore our upcoming drops at your convenience.

5. Defective or Incorrect Assets

While our quality control is rigorous, if an asset is received in a defective or incorrect state, we will rectify the situation immediately. To qualify for a resolution, the following mandatory verification is required:

  • Unboxing Video: A continuous, unedited video of you opening the package for the first time.

  • Visual Evidence: High-resolution images and close-up videos highlighting the specific defect.

6. Final Sale & Archive Items

Items purchased under the Archive Outlet, Final Deployment, or specialized Sale categories are considered "Final Sale." Due to the heavy markdowns on these assets, we do not permit any exchanges, returns, or refunds for these specific items.
