Welcome to the Clazzey ecosystem. By accessing clazzey.com and interfacing with our platform, you are entering into a binding Operational Agreement. These terms govern your engagement with our brand, our digital assets, and our physical deployments.

1. Intellectual Property & Design Logic

All content hosted on this platform—including but not limited to textile design logic, "Protocol" imagery, brand marks, and technical product descriptions—remains the exclusive intellectual property of Clazzey. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or mimicry of our aesthetic or technical assets for commercial or personal gain is strictly prohibited and will be met with legal enforcement.

2. Order Validation & Fraud Mitigation

To maintain the integrity of our inventory, we reserve the unilateral right to cancel any deployment (order) at our discretion. Our system utilizes advanced security filters to flag "high-risk" or potentially fraudulent transactions. If a deployment is cancelled due to security flags or stock discrepancies, all funds will be automatically returned via the original payment pathway within 7–10 business days. We are not liable for any bank-side delays during this process.

3. Product Representation & Digital Variance

We strive for 100% chromatic accuracy in our product photography. However, due to the nature of "Digital Variance"—the difference in monitor calibrations and high-dynamic-range (HDR) mobile displays—slight shifts in hues, such as our signature "Acid Green" or "Matte Black," may occur. These variations are inherent to digital commerce and do not constitute a product defect.

4. User Conduct & System Integrity

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding platform interference. Any attempt to bypass our system security, utilize automated "bots" for rapid checkout, or scrape "Archive" data from our servers will result in a permanent IP blacklist and the immediate cancellation of any pending orders.

5. Limitation of Liability

Clazzey shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our garments or the inability to access our digital interface. Our maximum liability to you for any product-related claim is limited to the purchase price of the specific asset in question.

6. Governance & Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your interface with Clazzey shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
