At Clazzey, our commitment to precision extends beyond our design studio into our logistics network. We understand that once a deployment is secured, speed is paramount. Our shipping protocol is engineered to ensure your assets reach you in the shortest possible window with maximum security.

1. Domestic Deployment & Carrier Partners

All orders within the Indian territory are treated as priority shipments. We have partnered exclusively with BlueDart Express to manage our domestic distribution. BlueDart is recognized for its reliability and speed, ensuring that your Clazzey garments are handled with professional care from our warehouse to your doorstep.

2. Delivery Timelines

Once an order is validated and leaves our facility, the estimated delivery window is 1–3 business days.

Tier 1 Cities: Typically receive deployments within 24–48 hours.
Tier 2 & 3 Cities: May require the full 72-hour window depending on local logistics clearance.
Please note: Timeline estimates exclude Sundays and National Holidays.

3. Dispatch & Tracking Signals

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 hours of acquisition. Once your package is in the BlueDart network, you will receive an automated "Dispatch Signal" via email and SMS containing your unique Tracking ID. You can monitor the movement of your asset in real-time via our integrated tracking portal.

4. Inclusive Pricing (GST & Levies)

For our Indian operatives, all listed prices on Clazzey.com are all-inclusive. The price displayed at checkout includes all applicable GST (Goods and Services Tax) and local levies. There are no hidden charges or additional payments required upon delivery.

5. Secure Payment Protocol

To facilitate a seamless transaction, we support a variety of local payment gateways, including UPI, Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), and Net Banking. Each transaction is shielded by high-level encryption to ensure your financial signals remain secure.

6. Address Integrity

To ensure successful deployment, please provide a precise and complete shipping address. Clazzey is not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect coordinates or the absence of the recipient at the time of the BlueDart attempt. BlueDart will typically make three delivery attempts before returning the asset to our central hub.
